Martial Arts Action Comedy
I grew up watching Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan and The Karate Kid, so was excited to see The Paper Tigers martial arts film.
The movie has plenty of action, but also comedy and a whole lot of heart.
It is a feel good feature that is fun to watch for an at home movie night.
I’m not any kind of a karate expert, but enjoyed the martial arts action and the bonds between middle aged men who first became friends as kids.
This movie is rated PG-13 (offensive slurs, violence and language), so is best for bigger kids and adults.
Check out the video trailer, so you can get a taste of the film.

Synopsis
As teenagers, kung fu disciples Danny, Hing and Jim were inseparable.
Fast forward 25 years, and each has grown into a washed-up middle-aged man seemingly one kick away from pulling a hamstring.
None of them are at all preoccupied with thoughts of martial arts or childhood best friends.
But when their old master is murdered, the trio reunites.
They learn that avenging their sifu will require conquering old grudges (and a dangerous hitman still armed with ample knee cartilage) if they are to honorably defend his legacy.
