How much do you know about Canada? Even though we are close neighbors, I don’t remember studying the country at school when I was growing up. It may have been mentioned here and there, but we definitely didn’t study it in depth.

Thanks to the Being Canadian movie, I now know a bit more about our neighbor to the north.

Being Canadian is a light hearted and humorous documentary. It will mainly make you laugh, but you also may pick up some interesting facts about life in Canada.

The movie was written by Robert Cohen, a Canadian who now lives in the US and has written for comedy shows including The Simpsons, The Wonder Years, American Dad and other well known TV series. He has put together a cast filled with famous Canadians – Seth Rogan, William Shatner, Mike Myers, Martin Short, Alex Trebek, Alanis Morissette and others.

    This movie sounds like it is going to be pretty funny, I like that it is filled with famous Canadians – Seth Rogan, William Shatner, Mike Myers, Martin Short, Alex Trebek, Alanis Morissette and others.

    This certainly does sound interesting to watch. Reading through some of those names on the dvd cover, I didn’t even realize some of those people were Canadian. I truly need to see this so bad now after watching the trailer.

    Growing up, we vacationed several times in Canada and loved it. This DVD should be as enjoyable as the time we spent up north.

    I’ve never been to Canada before, but I would like to learn more stuff about that country. I like many Canadian actors and singers like Ryan Gosling, Ryan Reynolds, Rachel McAdams, The Weeknd, Alessia Cara, Justin Bieber, Celine Dion, Anna Paquin, etc. I used to watch Canadian TV shows like Degrassi Junior High, Degrassi High, My Secret Identity, Are You Afraid of the Dark?, etc. I’ve seen Canadian movies like Prom Night, Terror Train, My Bloody Valentine, The Gate, etc. Thank you for the giveaway.
