In The Arms of Morpheus is a fascinating documentary film that takes you on a journey into the amazing world of sleep.
We’ve all had the experience of being so tired that it’s difficult to think clearly or know exactly where awake reality ends and sleepy dreamland begins.
There are also times when we wake up from a dream feeling that it was real or at least partially real.
This can be interesting for me, but for people who have sleep disorders it can go well beyond “just interesting.”
The documentary gives us an inside look into this phenomenon as we get to know individuals with insomnia and other sleep related disorders.
It is not rated, but is best for teens and adults who will enjoy the thought provoking content.
The award winning movie was made in the Netherlands, so it is in Dutch and has English subtitles that are easy to follow.
Watch this one with a friend, so you can discuss it with them after you’ve seen it.
The film is fascinating!
