Happy Little Plants
Plant-Based Protein Puffs
Many of us have new health and fitness goals, so this is a great time to try out Happy Little Plants delicious protein snacks.
The year is only a few days old, but so far I’m on track with my exercise and food goals.
And, I hope to continue this trend!
Exercise is easier for me to keep track of, since I can do it in the morning and then cross it off of my to do list.
Balanced nutrition is something that we all need to be mindful of throughout the day.
I eat healthy food, but when I’m not paying attention I don’t always keep things balanced.
When I ‘accidentally’ don’t get enough protein, I just don’t feel as good as I should.
Having easy access to a protein snack that is satisfying is just what I need to keep my nutrition on track.
HORMEL® HAPPY LITTLE PLANTS™
The Protein Puffs come in convenient single serve bags, so maintaining portion control is easy.
Each of the three varieties has 16g protein in a single serving, which is 29% of your recommended daily value.
The protein in these puffs comes from soy, so it is plant based.
Nacho Cheese and Ranch contain dairy, but the Cinnamon Sugar Protein Puffs are vegan.
They don’t add preservatives and all 3 varieties are gluten free.
It’s hard for me to pick a favorite flavor, since I like all three.
Texture is always an important feature to me and I really like how crunchy these are.
I definitely appreciate that these snacks really feel like a treat, even though they have 16g protein.
This is a tasty way for me to make sure I get enough protein each day.
