Earth Day is right around the corner. It’s important to be mindful about our impact on the earth everyday, but it’s also a good idea to put a special focus on the earth each spring.
You’ve probably seen P&G’s Future Friendly campaign online, in stores and on product packaging. They want you to “see the big in the little things you do.” In other words, they want us to learn good habits that may seem small but can make a big difference.
Like many of you, I grew up thinking that I needed to use hot water to get my laundry clean. But …. it isn’t true.
Tide Coldwater has been specially formulated to get laundry clean without the heat. Yes, it works!
Making the switch to cold water washing is simple. There really isn’t any reason not to make this change. Your clothing will still get clean, you’ll save money and you’ll reduce your impact on the earth!
Yesterday I had lunch with the lovely, Vanessa Lachey and a fun group of bloggers. Vanessa is not just a pretty face to sell P&G products. She believes in the products and supports their eco-friendly mission.
Vanessa washes her laundry with Tide Coldwater. Yes, she is particular about laundry and does her own with Tide. She does have help with other household chores, but laundry is her thing. She likes being able to save energy and is pleased with the results she gets with Tide Coldwater.
It was great to speak with her about her passion for P&G’s Future Friendly initiative. Whether you’re busy with a career, busy being a mom or both, making small, positive changes is something that we all can do.
Switching to cold water is easy.
Here are some inspiring facts from P&G to motivate you to make the change to cold water:
