Blue Desert
Are you ready to explore the meaning of life in the Blue Desert?
This award winning independent sci-fi film from Brazil looks at it in a new way.
With some movies, you can watch them once and be satisfied.
But Blue Desert is one that you can watch multiple times and pick up something new with each viewing.
It’s entertaining and, also, thought provoking.
The Brazilian film is in Portuguese and has English subtitles.
The story is interesting and the cinematography and beautiful desert scenes add to it.

Synopsis
In an age devoid of memory and truth, a man, guided by intuitions and dreams, goes off in search of the meaning of life and existence.
Revelations and symbols arise on his path, through which he comes to encounter his soulmate in the BLUE DESERT.
The film has plot points based on Yoko One’s first art book, GRAPEFRUIT, and also features quotes from Brazilian author Machado de Assis.
This modernist sci-fi offers a dreamy take on new age spirituality and the physical realm.

I learned this about the movie; With some movies, you can watch them once and be satisfied. But Blue Desert is one that you can watch multiple times and pick up something new with each viewing. The scenery looks so breathtaking to me. I like that it has the English subtitles too, going to need them to understand what they are saying. :)
