I had the pleasure of watching the first season early and participating in a roundtable discussion with the actors who play Jane and her best friend David.
Ava Louise Murchison and Mason Blomberg are fantastic in the show! They have great chemistry and are believable as best friends.
But it’s not just their acting that makes them ideal for the roles. Ava Louise and Mason are both passionate about the environment and animals, and they’re committed to making the world a better place.
The positive messages of the Jane Goodall-inspired show are very much in line with who they are as people.
This series is a wonderful blend of educational facts and imaginative play. I expect kids who watch Jane to be motivated to learn more, encouraged to take positive action, and inspired to enjoy creative and imaginative play on their own or with friends.

Synopsis
Ava Louise Murchison stars as Jane Garcia, a 9-year-old budding environmentalist on a quest to save endangered animals.
Using her powerful imagination, Jane takes her best friends David, played by Mason Blomberg, and Greybeard the chimpanzee on epic adventures to help protect wild animals all around the world because, according to her idol Dr. Jane Goodall: “Only if we understand, will we care. Only if we care, will we help. Only if we help, can they be saved.”
