Miss Arizona DVD
Five Good Reasons To Break The Rules
When it is time for a fun movie night at home, you’ll want to watch the new Miss Arizona DVD.
The independent film is lots of fun, but it also has heart.
There are predictably quirky characters, so it is easy to jump right in with this mismatched group of women.
Whatever surface differences people may have, true bonds can form.
You’ll be entertained as you are reminded of just how wonderful friendship is.
The movie is not rated, but its intended audience is women.
Others may enjoy it, of course, but I’d recommend it for a girl’s night in.
You might shed a tear or two and you will definitely laugh.

Synopsis
Former pageant queen Rose Raynes makes a getaway with four unlikely friends when trouble shows up at their women’s shelter.
They embark on a wild all-night adventure through L.A.’s darkest streets and wildest drag club.
Rose Raynes was crowned Miss Arizona 15 years ago.
Now a bored housewife trapped in a less-than-ideal marriage, Rose accepts an invitation to teach a life skills class at a women’s shelter.
Digging out the relics of her pageant queen past, Rose attempts to share her platform speech with a room of four disinterested women dodging abusive exes.
But when trouble shows up at the shelter, what the women really need is for Rose’s shiny SUV to get them out of dodge.
The five embark on a wild all-night adventure through L.A.’s darkest streets and wildest drag club as the women fight to survive, and in so doing, discover what they need most.
The movie is an anthem for any woman who’s ever been told to sit still and look pretty.
This one’s for the marginalized.
This one’s for the girls.
