Independent Film from Portugal
Experience the culture of a small fishing village in Portugal, when you watch the award winning documentary film, Terra Franca.
I love to travel, but while I’m at home a documentary is a good way to get a taste for other cultures.
This is a warm slice of life shows the uniqueness of the culture along with the similarities of our shared humanity.
It is enjoyable to get to know the people featured in the film and to understand more about their way of life.
Terra Franca is in Portuguese and has English subtitiles.
It isn’t rated, but the documentary would be good for teens and adults who can read along while they watch.
