How to Make A Cupcake Liner Flower Bouquet: A Step-by-Step Guide
What You’ll Need (aka the Supply Lineup)
- Cupcake Liners – Solid colors or fun prints! (You’ll need 3 per flower)
- 12″ Pipe Cleaners – Any color you like! (1 per flower)
That’s it!
Seriously, that’s all.
Told ya it was easy!
Let’s Get Crafting! (The Step-by-Step Flower Power Guide)
1) Pinch Perfect: Find the center on the bottom of a cupcake liner. Pinch it together to create a little “stem” with the rest of the liner forming the “petals” above. Think of it like making a tiny paper tulip. Repeat this with two more liners, so you have three little “tulips.”
2) Flower Power Assemble!: Now for the magic! Gather your three pinched liners and hold them together, nestling them a bit so they look like one fuller flower. This is where your pipe cleaner comes in.
3) Stem Secure!: Wrap the pipe cleaner tightly around the pinched “stem” portions of the liners. This will hold them all together and create the flower’s stem.
4) Fluff and Finish: Straighten out the remaining pipe cleaner that isn’t wrapped around the liners to create the main stem. Gently adjust the paper “petals” to make your flower look symmetrical and pretty. Fluff them up a bit for extra volume!
5) Repeat, Repeat!: Make as many flowers as you want for your bouquet! A small bunch looks sweet, but a big, overflowing bouquet is even more stunning.
6) Display and Delight!: Pop your beautiful bouquet into a vase, a mason jar, or even wrap them in some tissue paper for a sweet gift. These little blooms are perfect for brightening up any space and making someone’s day (including your own!).
